Gold's Gym To Offer Free Valentine's Day Workouts For Couples

HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — Do you love your sweetheart enough to put down the chocolates and pick up the dumbbells?

In honor of Valentine's Day, Gold's Gym is offering local couples a free day of fitness at any Gold's Gym location in Southern California.

In addition to breaking a sweat on the treadmill or in the weight room, the "More Love. Less Handles." campaign includes cardio and strength training, group fitness classes, personal training, pools, and class studios, as well as a series of workouts designed to help couples "strengthen" all areas of their relationship.

The campaign will also give couples the chance to enjoy deluxe amenities like Cardio Cinema, which will host a week's worth of romantic comedies in what the Gym describes as a "real movie theater experience while working out on their favorite cardio machines in the comfort of a dark, cool room."

Participants will be treated to "3 Heart-Pumping Routines" from Gold's Gym Fitness Institute celebrity trainer Robert Reames in honor of American Heart Month.

The offer is valid at any one of the 15 Gold's Gym locations across Southern California.

For more information or to download to a 7–day VIP Pass, visit the official Gold's Gym website.
