STUDIO CITY ( — Are you hosting a Super Bowl party?

Chef Dennis Cruz of the Asian-fusion burger joint, Fuku Burger, stopped by KCAL9 Friday to show viewers how to make the perfect burgers with a Japanese twist.

Cruz also showed viewers how to make their $40 2 ½ lbs. sumo-sized Fuku Burger and a San Francisco 49ers and a Baltimore Ravens inspired burger.


49ers Burger:

6 oz. Fuku-patty with special rub, lettuce, tomato, onion, fried avocado and Monterey Jack cheese

Ravens Burger:

Crab cake with spicy tartar sauce, chopped lettuce and sliced onion


Tamago Burger– also known as “Egg Burger:”

36 oz. Fuku-patty topped with 6 eggs and fried onions, served with teriyaki, wasabi mayo and furikake seeds.
