STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Do you know how many cats and dogs are diagnosed with cancer each year?
Actress Melissa Egan stopped by KCAL9 Monday to tell viewers about an auction where she will give a personally guided tour of “The Young and the Restless” set to benefit a charitable organization!
The money from the auction will benefit The Riedel & Cody Fund, which provides funding and support to people whose pets have been diagnosed with cancer and can’t afford treatment.
The auction starts Monday and goes through Feb. 18.
The Riedel & Cody Fund launched a virtual march, 12 Million Dog March, aiming to raise awareness that 12 million cats and dogs are diagnosed with cancer each year.
Viewers can sign up for the virtual march on The Riedel & Cody Fund website.
Blue Buffalo will donate $1 for every person that joins.
