Ralph Rubio visited the KCAL9 studios Thursday to talk about new menu items and to show viewers how to make his famous fish tacos.

Rubio’s menu includes seafood tacos, burritos, salads and quesadillas featuring shrimp, ono, wild salmon, mahi mahi and sustainable Alaska Pollock. As the perfect complement to Rubio’s coastal cuisine, additional offerings include chargrilled chicken and steak and fresh-made salsas, guacamole, “no fried” pinto beans, rice and chips.
