LAPD Arrests 3 In Connection With Nordstrom Rack Hostage-Taking Robbery

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com)—  The LAPD confirms they have arrested three suspects for the Nordstrom Rack hostage-taking robbery that occurred Thursday evening.

Fourteen employees were taken hostage during the incident in Westchester.

One employee was stabbed, another was sexually assaulted. The employees were ultimately rescued by a SWAT team.

One suspect was reportedly arrested Friday morning. Another suspect was arrested in Phoenix Saturday, according to a report in the LA Times.

There are no details about the third suspect. It was believed only two men held the employees hostage.

The names of the arrested suspects were not available.

LAPD says they will announce additional details about the case in an 11 a.m. press conference Monday. The LAPD said no further details would be announced at this time due to "investigative necessity."
