CHATSWORTH (CBSLA.com) — A female motorist plunged down a 200-foot cliff in Chatsworth Saturday evening but only suffered minor injuries.

Officials said the accident happened at Woolsey Canyon Road about one mile west of Valley Circle Boulevard.

The woman, approximately 27 years of age,  was able to walk away from the crash.

She was taken to Northridge Medical Center to be checked out.
