SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA.com) — Four people were injured Wednesday when a driver lost control of a vehicle and crashed into a San Bernardino house.

The driver, who was traveling eastbound on Baseline Drive at Mount Vernon shortly before 1 p.m., struck a woman and two children on the sidewalk before crashing into the side of a residential property, SKY 9’s Derek Bell reported.

An adult female suffered moderate to critical injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. Her two children were transported with minor injuries.

The driver of the vehicle was also transported with moderate injuries.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
