Clippers’ 6th-Man Jamal Crawford To Miss Game Against Lakers With Sore Foot
LOS ANGELES – (CBSLA.com) Clippers 6th-man guard Jamal Crawford will miss Friday nights game against the Los Angeles Lakers with a sore left foot.
After Thursday’s practice Kobe said Crawford is the NBA’s best player of the bench.
“He gets my nomination for sixth man of the year,” Bryant said.
Crawford, 32, has been averaging 16.5 points per game with 29 minutes a game.
Teammates Chris Paul and Blake Griffin lead in their positions for the Western Conference All-Stars.
Despite winning the 6th-man of the year award in 2010, Crawford has yet to make an All-Star team.
