STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — A family-friendly holiday musical is slated to close at The Pasadena Playhouse on Sunday.

Presented by the Lythgoe Family Productions, “A Snow White Christmas” closes on Dec. 30.

The musical — featuring Neil Patrick Harris, Nickelodeon star Ariana Grande and Dallas star Charlene Tilton — incorporates a British theater tradition called Panto.

Panto refers to a production that combines magic, comedy and modern music.
