Pau Gasol Diagnosed With Plantar Fasciitis On Right Foot, Probable For Friday

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) After battling with tendinitis for two weeks on his knees, Pau Gasol was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis on his right foot, said the Lakers in a statement.

MRI was performed by foot specialist Dr. Kenneth Jung Thursday after returning to Los Angles from a loss to Denver.

Gasol is coming of a 19-point game in a losing effort against the Denver Nuggets.

Gasol will be probable for Friday's game in Portland.
