LAGUNA WOODS (CBSLA.com)— The city manager of Laguna Woods was arrested and booked into county jail Friday night for allegedly driving under the influence.

Leslie Keane, 64, was cited and released from the county’s Intake/Release Center in Santa Ana shortly before 1 p.m. Saturday, according to records from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

Keane, who also acts as Laguna Woods’ Community Development Director and City Clerk, was the former city manager of Colton and Yucaipa.

She’s scheduled to appear in court Jan. 21, 2013.
