NORTHRIDGE (CBSLA.com) — With just three days left before Christmas, many stores have extended their hours this weekend.
Art Barron, reporting for CBS2 and KCAL9, spoke with early bird shoppers Saturday at the Northridge Fashion Center where the Macy’s department store is remaining open around-the-clock.
“I wish they were like this seven days a week,” Gwen Ellis, a shopper, said. “[There are] less people and this is really the only chance I’ll have to do it.”
“I loved it. There was nobody here. It was great,” another shopper told Barron.
Some Toys R Us and Walmart locations also plan to stay open 24-hours.
Barron reports that Target and Nordstrom stores have extended or late night hours.
