ADELANTO (CBSLA.com) — Two men have been arrested following the discovery of a marijuana cultivation operation inside a commercial building in San Bernardino.

A news release by the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department says deputies were called to Koala Road and Commerce Way about 11 a.m. Friday following a report of vicious dogs.

"Upon making contact with the dog owners, deputies discovered the building was being utilized to cultivate marijuana," the statement said.

After obtaining a search warrant, authorities say investigators seized 1,850 marijuana plants along with about 10 pounds of processed marijuana, 3 rifles and 2 shotguns.

The suspects, identified by authorities as 57-year-old David Lusk and 35-year-old Steven Hall, were arrested and booked into the Adelanto Detention Center.

According to authorities, the men were living inside the 20,000-square-foot building.
