EASTVALE (CBSLA.com) — A 30-year-old man remained behind bars on Saturday on suspicion of attempted burglary in Eastvale.
The incident in the 6400 block of Caxton Street occurred about 4:37 a.m. Saturday.
A statement issued by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department identified the suspect as Jason Rene Flores of Eastvale.
According to authorities, Flores was chased down by a homeowner who allegedly spotted him entering their property through an unlocked side gate.
Flores was arrested and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center on suspicion of attempted burglary and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
