LOS ANGELES (CBS2) — Parents should note that CBS will make no mention of the Connecticut school shooting during our children’s programming tonight, which starts at 8/7c with “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.”

Then, at 9 p.m., CBS will air “Yes, Virginia,” followed by “The Elf On the Shelf” at 9:30 p.m.
