Lindsay Lohan Charged In Connection To June Traffic Collision

SANTA MONICA (CBSLA.com) — The Santa Monica City Attorney's Office charged actress Lindsay Lohan Thursday with multiple misdemeanors in connection to a traffic collision in June.

Police responded to the accident on June 8 in the 1100 block of Pacific Coast Highway involving a large dump truck and Lohan's black Porsche.

After a five month investigation, the actress was officially charged with willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer in the course of his duties, providing false information to a peace officer, and reckless driving.

Lohan was arrested around 4 a.m. Thursday in New York City after she allegedly hit a woman during an argument at a nightclub.

She was accused of hitting a man with her car in September and is on informal probation for stealing a necklace last year.

Lohan's most recent film, "Liz & Dick", premiered on Lifetime on Sunday night.
