SAN DIEGO(CBSLA.com) – The 4-7 San Diego Chargers have announced Thursday that their home game against the playoff-bound Cincinnati Bengals will be blacked out in Southern California.
San Diego did not request for an extension to sell the remaining 11,000 unsold tickets.
This is the second straight week and eighth in last 16 non-prime time games fans won’t be able to watch the only NFL team in Southern California.
The Chargers lost to the Baltimore Ravens in week 12 of the season 16-13 after giving up a 4th-and-29 late in the fourth quarter.
CBS 2 will televise a double-header Sunday.
