GLENDORA (CBSLA.com) — Dozens of people were forced out of their homes Thursday night after reports that shots were fired in the backyard of a home.

Officers evacuated the area near the home on Driftstone Dr. while they searched for a shooter and any possible victims.

The homeowner arrived back at the house and told officers no one should be in the home, but witnesses said they saw someone go inside.

The SWAT team is expected to enter.

It is unknown when people will be allowed back into their homes.
