Family Asks Public For Help In Finding Missing 11-Year-Old LA Girl

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Police are seeking the public's help to locate a missing 11-year-old girl.

Esmeralda Herrera was last seen on Nov. 20 at approximately 4:10 p.m. leaving her home in the 1600 block of South Main Street near downtown Los Angeles.

Herrera has not been seen since then, and her family says they are very concerned about her unexplained disappearance because she has never gone missing before.

Herrera is described as a female Hispanic, black hair and black eyes. She stands 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs between 110 to 115 pounds.

She also wears glasses and was last seen wearing a blue checked flannel shirt, black pants and with blue white sneakers.
