LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) —Police reported Tuesday that a nonverbal autistic man who went missing Monday afternoon has been found.
Miguel Angel Castillo, Jr., 30, was last seen by his caretakers near the the 7th Street Metro station downtown.
Castillo, who is severely autistic and takes medication, was with a group of special needs people when he walked away around 2:30 p.m., police said.
The man was spotted by a couple in Whittier Tuesday afternoon. Officials said he was in good condition.
