Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Nov. 19)

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — After an unsettled couple of days, things will settle down this work week.

We are looking at a general westerly flow for the beginning of the week. That's going to translate in fairly benign weather. Temperatures should start off below average...but then warm up slightly.

We'll see some high clouds today and possibly some low clouds tomorrow and Wednesday. It will be a very nice Thanksgiving...high pressure is building for the end of the week. That will mean temperatures several degrees above average in the upper 70s to low 80s. The warmer weather should last through Saturday.

It looks like our long range models are advertising the possibility of another Santa Ana event for the beginning of next week...so we will have to watch that, given our lack of rainfall from last season and this season.

Coast-mid 60s
Basin-upper 60s to low 70s
Valleys-upper 60s to low 70s
Mountains-mid 50s
Deserts-mid 60s
