Baseball Museum Selects Andre Ethier As A 'Stud We Love'

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory recently opened a new exhibition on baseball hotties and Dodger standout Andre Ethier made the cut as one of the "Studs We Love."

The Museum selected baseball babes from the 1800s to today.

The exhibit runs through January 13, 2013. It features items from the players, a tribute to Morganna -- the famous "Kissing Bandit, and a display of Jim Palmer in his iconic 1970s Jockeys underwear ad. Ethier appears as part of a showcase of six of today's hottest players called "The Field of Dreamboats." The others selected are Derek Jeter, Curtis Granderson, Joey Votto, Josh Hamilton and A.J. Pierzynski.

Seven players were also selected by the museum to appear in a "Hotties Hall of Fame" (Mickey Mantle, Roberto Clemente to name two). Fans get to pick the final three players in the freshmen class of ten.
