VILLA PARK (CBSLA.com) — A local dentist is buying back Halloween candy from kids and sending it to troops overseas!

Sweet!

Candy can lead to dental problems in children and that is why Jones Dentistry of Villa Park is paying $1 for every pound of candy kids bring to the office.

Kids, or parents, can drop off the candy during office hours.

The $1 a pound deal ends next Friday.
