LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Singer Chris Brown dressed up as a member of the Taliban Wednesday night and shared photos of his controversial costume on Twitter and Instagram.

Brown posted pictures of himself and friends holding toy guns and wearing fake beards and bullets across their chests.

The photo’s caption read: “Ain’t nobody F***ing wit my clique!!!!#ohb”.

More than 3,600 Twitter users retweeted Brown’s photo, which was posted at 5:28 p.m. Thursday.

“aw sh** 5 bin ladens?” FUEGO tweeted.

Other users expressed disdain for the costume:
