LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Rite Aid is bringing Halloween fun Wednesday to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles!

An ice cream social for patients, their families and the hospital staff will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Ralph M. Parsons Foundation Dining Terrace at 4650 Sunset Blvd.

They will be offered four flavors of Thrifty Ice Cream Sandwiches, only available at California Rite Aid stores.

Rite Aid is celebrating its 50th anniversary of RA 50, which are 50 acts of wellness in 12 cities across the country, according to a press release.

Miss California Leah Cecil and Rite Aid mascots Cone Boy, Cone Girl and Tuggy are expected to make special guest appearances.
