Obama Or Romney? Cast Your Presidential Vote With Ice Cream At Farrell's!

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Cast your vote for the Presidential election with ice cream!

Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour CEO Mike Fleming visited the KCAL9 studios on Wednesday to explain Farrell's Presidential Election sundae promotion!

Customers can cast their vote with an Obama or Romney sundae that pay tribute to both candidate's heritage.

The Obama Sundae is a tropical escape for your taste buds. Vanilla ice cream and mango sorbet separated by pineapple with more pineapple topping on-top. Then finished off with whipped cream, a cherry and, of course, topped with an American flag.

The Romney Sundae is a twist on the Boston cream pie. 2-scoops of creamy vanilla ice cream, 2 layers of delicious hot fudge and homemade brownies, whipped cream, a cherry and Old Glory perched high atop.

The sundae "election" goes through Sunday, Nov. 4. The "winner" will be announced on Monday, Nov. 5 on Farrell's website and Facebook page.

Every person that votes at Farrell's will receive an "I voted at Farrell's" sticker.

On Election Day, November 6, everyone that brings in their "I voted at Farrell's" or official "I voted" sticker will receive a completely free Farrell's Classic Sundae with meal purchase.

Farrell's locations include Mission Viejo, Brea Downtown, Rancho Cucamonga, Santa Clarita and opening soon in Riverside and Sacramento.
