EL SEGUNDO (AP) — The Los Angeles Lakers have waived guard Andrew Goudelock, trimming their roster to 15 players.
The Lakers waived Goudelock on Saturday, three days before their season opener against Dallas.
Goudelock averaged 4.4 points while playing in 40 games as a rookie last season for the Lakers, who drafted him in the second round from the College of Charleston. He didn’t get consistent playing time during training camp this month.
Los Angeles went 0-8 in the preseason, the worst record in franchise history.
