Trump Offers $5M Charity Donation In Exchange For Pres. Obama's College Records, Applications

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Donald Trump made an announcement on Twitter and Facebook Wednesday morning asking President Barack Obama to release personal records in exchange for a $5 million charity donation.

The businessman and supporter of Gov. Mitt Romney made his announcement at 9 a.m., saying if President Obama releases college records, applications and passport records, Trump will donate the money to a charity of the president's choice.

The 66-year-old has been known to criticize President Obama, famously challenging the validity of his birth certificate.
