PICO RIVERA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities on Saturday continued to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting a man in Pico Rivera.

A statement by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says the incident occurred about 11:27 p.m. Friday in the 9600 block of Goodbee Street.

Upon arrival, deputies found a male victim. The statement says he was pronounced dead at the scene.

No further information was immediately available.
