EL SEGUNDO (CBSLA.com)-The Los Angeles Lakers have yet to win a preseason game after losing 103-98 Friday night to the Sacramento Kings, dropping to 0-5.
Fans may be frustrated by the futility, but the team continues to point to the fact that Dwight Howard has yet to suit up.
That excuse could disappear as early as tomorrow.
Howard has been able to practice fully with the team for most of this month, but his conditioning is the main point in question.
He was fully involved in Saturday’s lengthy practice and as for tomorrow, if longtime trainer Gary Vitti clears him in the morning shoot-around, he’s a go.
