STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Arson investigators are trying to determine what sparked a fire at a San Fernando Valley massage parlor Sunday night.
The fire was first reported around 11 p.m. at the Oasis Thai Spa in the 4400 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard in Studio City, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
Officials believe it began in the business’ attic.
The fire was largely contained to the massage parlor, but did extended slightly into the liquor store located next door.
It took 55 firefighters approximately 30 minutes to extinguish the fire, officials said.
No injuries were reported. Damage estimates were not immediately available.
