BURBANK (CBS) — Police are investigating the murder of a man overnight at an apartment complex in Burbank.

Officers responded to the 700 block of East Providencia Avenue on a shots fired call around 10:50 p.m. Thursday, Burbank police said.

When they arrived, they found Antwan Haroun, 43, lying on a porch, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Haroun was transported to County-USC Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead just after midnight, police said.

The shooting is under investigation.
