Suspect At Large Following Deadly Stabbing In San Fernando
SAN FERNANDO (CBSLA.com) — Authorities on Saturday continued to search for the person responsible in the fatal stabbing of a 27-year-old man in San Fernando.
A statement issued by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department says the deadly incident happened about 2:20 a.m. in the rear parking lot of a business in the 1100 block of First Street.
According to authorities, the victim was involved in an altercation with another man, described as a Hispanic adult, prior to the stabbing. He was taken to a hospital where he died.
The suspect fled the scene.
Sheriff's detectives were assisting San Fernando police with the investigation.
