LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The McCourt divorce saga is heading back before a judge this November.
Attorneys for Jamie McCourt filed a motion Monday to throw out the divorce settlement between her and her ex-husband and former Dodgers owner, Frank McCourt.
She was awarded $131 million by a judge in January.
The documents list fraud as the reason for re-opening the case, claiming Frank McCourt vastly undervalued the Dodgers by saying the team’s assets were worth less than $300 million.
The Dodgers went into bankruptcy in June 2011.
The team was later sold in May for more than $2 billion to a group of investors led by Magic Johnson.
