LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Is the battle over?

According to CBS News, President Barack Obama has built up a substantial lead in several of the so-called battleground or swing states.

In a poll of likely voters, Obama now has significant — and double digit leads — in crucial states that are said to likely decide the election. These states include Ohio, Florida and Pennsylvania.
