LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A man was allegedly shot and killed by a suspect who was riding a bike in Mount Washington on Monday.

Police received calls from several witnesses who heard gun shots around 2:10 a.m. at Marmion Way and Avenue 60.

One person saw the shooting happen, according to Sgt. M. Campbell of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Northeast Station.

The victim died at the hospital.

The suspect is described as a 6-foot-tall man with a shaved head, said Officer Sara Faden.
