STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Snoring and sleep apnea can lead to more than just daytime sleepiness and fatigue.
It can also mean slower brain function and even more serious health problems.
Dr. Jonathan Greenburg is a local sleep expert who has developed a new way for treating both common problems.
He created the ZYPPAH, an oral appliance that aims to reduce the incidence of snoring or mild to moderate sleep apnea.
Greenburg appeared on KCAL9 News on Sunday morning to discuss the device, which stabilizes the tongue and moves the jaw forward.
Dr. Jonathan Greenburg practices out of five locations. To learn more, click here.
