NORTH HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — Three people were injured after a car slammed into a North Hollywood fire hydrant Friday evening.
The crash occurred just after 8:10 p.m. in the 11600 block of Oxnard Street, near Lankershim, according to authorities.
It is unclear if the drivers of the two vehicles were among those injured.
One of the injuries was described as minor. Two accident victims were treated at the scene and declined transport to a hospital.
Early reports said one person was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
Later, Stu Mundel reporting in Sky9, said there were three injuries and none of them serious.
