EASTVALE (CBS) — A wheelchair-bound 66-year-old man was hit by a vehicle and killed Sunday at an Eastvale intersection, authorities said.
The crash occurred about 8 a.m. at the intersection of Hamner and Limonite avenues.
The man suffered head injuries and died later at a hospital, according to sheriff’s and county coroner’s officials.
His identity was being withheld while his family was notified.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department was investigating the crash.
