LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — One of the Clippers’ key pieces for the upcoming season is showing his loyalty to the team.

Forward Lamar Odom apparently was invited to try out for the Olympic team in Las Vegas in early July, but he pulled out of the running.

Odom reportedly wanted to stay in Los Angeles, where he’s been working out at the Clippers’ facility ahead of the season.
