EL MONTE (CBSLA.com) — A 50-year-old man was found dead in South El Monte Monday.

The incident happened around 3:40 p.m. at a home on the 1300 block of Penn Mar Street.

The death of the victim is suspected to be suspicious.

Homicide detectives are en route to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death.
