BALDWIN PARK (CBSLA.com) — A jackknifed big rig forced the closure of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway Tuesday morning.
The accident between the big rig and a pickup truck happened near Baldwin Park Boulevard around 7:20 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Fuel from the big rig spilled onto the roadway as a result of the collision.
Two people suffered minor injuries, the CHP said.
All eastbound lanes of the freeway were shut down and a sig alert was issued.
The No. 3 lane was reopened around 9:20 a.m., the CHP said. All lanes were open by 10:45 a.m.
