Author Karen Kondazian Discusses Her New Book 'The Whip'

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Author Karen Kondazian stopped by KCAL9 Friday to discuss her new novel, "The Whip", which details the life of Charley Parkhurst, a woman who spent 30 years in the Old West disguised as a man.

Kondazian, who attended The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts and The University of Vienna, was awarded the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Actress in The Rose Tattoo.

She is a member of the Actors Studio, the Academy of Television arts and Sciences, and Women in Film.
