(CBS) – Elian Herrera tripled home Dee Gordon in the bottom of the 4th inning on Thursday night as the Dodgers scored their first run in 33 innings.
Hall of fame broadcaster Vin Scully said, “Ring the bell, alert the orchestra, the Dodgers scored a run!”
The 33 consecutive scoreless innings was the longest the Dodgers had gone since 1967.
