STUDIO CITY (CBS) —The open road and not a care in the world- that’s the way summer vacation should be spent. Why fly to a summer destination when you could RV?

The Family Motor Coach Association encourages families to hit the road this summer and take advantage of what the open roads in America have to offer.

Joe Laing of El Monte RV stopped by the KCAL 9 studio Tuesday to talk about RV’ing for a summer vacation.

The FMCA organizes social activities and supplies many benefits to RV owners across the country. The FMCA is the world’s oldest and largest motorhome owners’ club.
