3 People Injured In 6-Vehicle Crash On The 405 Freeway

LOS ANGELES (CBS) —  Three people were hurt, and one was hospitalized, in a six-vehicle crash on the San Diego (405) Freeway in Los Angeles Saturday, a city fire official said.

The crash was reported at 6:07 p.m. on the southbound 405 at the Santa Monica (10) Freeway, Matt Spence of the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

One person was taken to a hospital in fair condition, Spence said. Two others were treated at the scene but refused further medical care.

The cause of the crash was unknown.
