DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Mo-Chica serves up classic Peruvian food in a vibrant, urban setting.
Food & Wine magazine crowned Mo-Chica’s chef Ricardo Zarate “Best New Chef” last year.
“My goal is to introduce Peruvian food to the rest of America,” Zarate told CBS2.
Entertainment reporter Suzanne Marques tried — and highly recommends — tiradito, arroz con mariscos and lamb shank.
Mo-Chica is open seven days a week in Downtown L.A.
