INGLEWOOD  (AP) — Glamorista wore down pacesetter Sparkling Style in the final eighth of a mile to win by a length, giving Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert a 1-2 finish in the $58,300 feature on Thursday at Betfair Hollywood Park.

Ridden by Chantal Sutherland, Glamorista ran 6 ½ furlongs in 1:16.21 and paid $6.40, $3.60 and $3.

Sparkling Style returned $3.60 and $3.80. The Baffert exacta paid $10.30. He remained atop the trainers’ standings with 22 victories through 34 days of the spring-summer meet.

True Way of Grace was another 5 ¼ lengths back in third and paid $8 to show.

Glamorista has three wins in as many career starts and earnings of $113,500.
