'Ride To The Dunes' With Lorenzo Lamas For Child Abuse Awareness

STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Grab your Harley and take a weekend Ride To The Dunes!

Actor Lorenzo Lamas visited the KCAL9 studios Friday to talk about the ride this Sunday, June 3.

The Ride To The Dunes benefits Child Abuse Awareness and will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a beautiful ride from Bartels' Harley-Davidson, 4141 Lincoln Blvd., Marina Del Rey to the serene Newport Dunes Resort, Newport Beach, CA. Lamas will be joined by cast members from The Sons of Anarchy, Southland and American Ninja; he invites the public to join him as well.

The ride will focus on the epidemic state of child abuse in America with the presentation of the The Children's Wall of Tears. 4.8 children die at the hands of their caretakers every day! More than 3 million cases of child abuse are reported each year.
