NEW YORK — LA Galaxy midfielder Michael Stephens and forward Mike Magee have been suspended one game and fined for actions during a match against Houston.

The MLS also issued a one-game suspension and fine Friday to Philadelphia Union forward Lionard Pajoy for his play against Toronto FC.

Stephens had a challenge that endangered the safety of Dynamo midfielder Adam Moffat in the 46th minute of the game last Saturday. Magee was disciplined for aggravated dissent against the referee, including throwing a ball in the referee’s direction in the 92nd minute in that game.

Pajoy had a reckless challenge that endangered Toronto FC forward Joao Plata in the 29th minute last Saturday.
